- Creating and maintaining documentation, guidelines, and knowledge-sharing materi

- Collaborating with multicultural teams and interacting with different communities within the organizat
ion
- Supporting engagement initiatives and communication campaigns related to learning activit
ies
- Assisting in the creation of graphic materials using tools such as Canva or similar platfo
rms
- Assisting in the creation of courses using AI authoring tool such as Synthe
sia
- Learning and supporting integrations, workflows, and digital learning proces

What you need to su
cceed

Student or neo graduate in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related f
ields

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft
Suite Basic knowledge of LMS, HRIS, or CRM tools (Docebo knowledge is a strong
plus)
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and sp

oken.
