About Voice Map

Massimizzi le sue possibilità di successo assicurandosi che il suo CV e le sue competenze corrispondano ai requisiti di questa posizione.
Voice Map is the world's leading platform for GPS-triggered audio tours: 2,000+ tours across 600+ destinations in 85+ countries. Our publishers range from celebrated voices like Stephen Fry and Ian McKellen, to media names like History Hit and the San Francisco Chronicle, to travel brands like Context Travel and Visit Dubai. We're a two-sided marketplace that connects travellers with tours made by independent local publishers, and we're building the distribution to put those tours in front of millions more people.

The Role
We have a large, high-quality catalogue, and we're only starting to use it to its full potential. Around 1,000 of our tours are already listed on Viator, with more on Musement, Bokun and other channels. The gap between what's listed and what's actually selling is where the opportunity sits, and closing it is the heart of this role.
You'll grow Voice Map's revenue through our distribution channels by getting more from the inventory and partners we already have: optimising which tours we list where, keeping the integrations healthy, and using data to find the next commercial win. It's part channel optimisation, part technical account management, part analysis.
What You'll Do
Optimise our catalogue across channels: decide which tours to prioritise in which markets, based on data, ongoing analysis and regular testing.
Manage our integrations with Viator, Musement, Klook, Bokun and other platforms, keeping listings accurate, availability synced and performance climbing.
Troubleshoot when something breaks, and work with our developers to put it right.
Maintain and grow our existing partner relationships, making Voice Map the easiest catalogue they work with.
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to identify and secure new distribution partnerships
Track and report on performance by channel, partner and market.
Help shape our partner API as we build it, telling our developers what resellers actually need from the conversations you're having with them.
What We're Looking For
Comfort with technical detail: you can read API documentation, troubleshoot an integration, and explain a technical requirement clearly to a partner or a developer.
A head for data: you use numbers to drive operational and commercial decisions, and you're at home with tools like Claude that make this far more accessible than it used to be.
Clear, confident communication, written and spoken.
Self-direction and organisation: you're comfortable owning a function and working things out with limited hand-holding.
A genuine interest in travel, culture and storytelling.
You don't need to be an engineer, and coding or database work isn't required. This sits with our developers. Experience in travel, tours and activities, or in any API-driven marketplace such as food delivery, fintech, e-commerce or SaaS, is useful. But we care more about how you think than where you've worked, and we're looking for a sharp, enterprising person, ready to grow into the role.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with the tours and activities ecosystem, especially its OTAs, Channel Managers and Booking Engines
A base in a major European tour destination such as London, Rome, Barcelona or Paris
Additional European languages
Location and How We Work
We're a small, globally distributed team anchored in Cape Town. This role is remote, with a preference for European time zones, which overlap neatly with ours. If you're in Cape Town, you'll join the office twice a week. We're especially keen on people based in major tour destinations, but the right person matters more than the right city. xpavfwm
