What you will do
The intern will support the management and administration of the company's Learning Management System (LMS), working closely with the LMS Administrator and internal stakeholders across different business functions and regions.
Main activities include:
- Supporting daily LMS administration activities
- Managing user requests and business requirements related to learning platforms
- Assisting with course creation, enrollment management, reporting, and user support
- Supporting testing activities and quality checks for platform configurations and processes
- Creating and maintaining documentation, guidelines, and knowledge-sharing materials
- Collaborating with multicultural teams and interacting with different communities within the organization
- Supporting engagement initiatives and communication campaigns related to learning activities
- Assisting in the creation of graphic materials using tools such as Canva or similar platforms
- Assisting in the creation of courses using AI authoring tool such as Synthesia
- Learning and supporting integrations, workflows, and digital learning processes

What you need to succeed
Student or neo graduate in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Suite
Basic knowledge of LMS, HRIS, or CRM tools (Docebo knowledge is a strong plus)
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, both written and spoken.
