Position: National Contract Logistics IT Expert

Experteer Overview In this IT Expert role, you support and enhance Contract Logistics Information Systems to keep systems stable and responsive. You will lead and assist system implementations, onboarding customers, and go-live activities, while driving process improvements across IT and operations. You’ll coordinate releases, perform integration testing, and build user training and knowledge bases to boost adoption. Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures compliance and local system enhancements, shaping efficient logistics IT.

Coordinate release management and execute integration testing for stability

Conduct user training and maintain internal knowledge bases for system adoption

Collaborate with corporate teams and SMEs to drive compliance and improvement projects

Analyze and optimize operational processes leveraging new functionalities and integrations (EDI, replication, A2A)
Manage ticketing systems, follow up on issues, and generate analytical reports

Support hardware and system setup in WMS, including barcode printers and label printing

Responsabilità

Bachelor's degree in information systems, logistics, or a related field

Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or logistics systems

Solid understanding of BY WMS & Moca Programming, ERP/MRP/CRM/WMS systems

Experience with databases and advanced Excel skills

Knowledge of SQLStrong communication, analytical skills and attention to detail

Experience in software testing and quality assurance

Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian
