Experteer Overview In this role you will represent Workday’s AI-driven HR solutions to prospects, translating complex environments into a compelling future-of-work vision. You’ll run interactive pre‑sales demonstrations, articulate business value, and help customers adopt AI-powered HR and agent capabilities. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to shape transformation programs for large organizations and stay aligned with Workday’s Trustworthy AI and innovation goals.
This position offers high‑impact demos, strategic storytelling, and a chance to influence enterprise technology decisions.

Lead with innovation to deliver real‑world results for customers
Conduct discovery and strategy to tailor demonstrations that showcase ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI in HRPrepare and present compelling demonstrations of the full HCM suite and handle objections
Promote the business value of Workday's Trustworthy AI and its impact on decision‑making, bias reduction, and automation
Collaborate with Account Executives, Value Managers and Service Executives to build the transformation business case
Stay informed about Workday’s AI roadmap and acquisitions to competently position against competitors in the Spanish market
Responsabilità3–4 years of Pre‑Sales / Sales Consulting experience (SaaS or AI platforms)
Deep functional knowledge of Human Capital Management Strong understanding of AI, ML in enterprise platforms; familiarity with Agentic AI, Orchestrations, Generative AI in enterprise contexts is highly desired
Excellent communication in Italian and English; ability to simplify complex concepts for C‑level audiences
Agility to manage multiple complex sales cycles and adapt to new product features and acquisitions
Bachelor in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
