Job Overview
Stellantis AS is seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative IT Business Analyst to support the planning, launch, and lifecycle management of Mopar Service Contracts across dealer, retail, and digital channels in Sales and Aftersales context.
The candidate will play a critical role in enabling Service contracts go‑to‑market execution by supporting product costing, pricing, vehicle applicability, reporting across multiple systems and platforms in a multinational/multicultural environment spread across regions and time zones.
The analyst will partner closely with Product Owners, business teams, and technical delivery teams to drive system enhancements, improve operational efficiency, and enable scalable, AI and data‑driven solutions that support business growth and user experience.
Responsibilities
Business Analysis :
Identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements while optimizing processes through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to drive informed decision-making and strategic growth.
Project Management :
Lead project planning and execution by managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring seamless stakeholder communication and timely delivery of high-quality results.
Transition and Service :
Lead the transition from project to RUN by managing the formal handover of deliverables, ensuring operational readiness, and facilitating knowledge transfer to guarantee long-term stability and support.
Continuous Improvement :
Help identify opportunities to improve data quality, reduce manual processes, and streamline Service Contracts publishing workflows.
Qualifications, Skills Experience
Master’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with IIBA/PMI/ITIL/DEVOP/Agile/Scrum/ or similar methodologies (certification is a plus).
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
Ability to interact and lead international and multicultural virtual teams distributed in different time zones.
AI (Gen-AI, AI agent and agentic AI) background to support processes automation and improvement
Fluency in English and Italian.
Offer
Salary range: from 40 € to 45 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
Collective Agreement:
In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area.
