Experteer Overview In this role you lead a global team of data analysts within Customer Insight, owning the end-to-end BI delivery chain. You design and optimize ETL and semantic layers, build Power BI reports, and govern data access to ensure compliant, audience‑specific insights. You bridge IT and business, turning requirements into scalable analytics solutions while driving multiple BI initiatives. You will mentor, influence senior stakeholders, and shape data strategy in a fast‑moving, global environment.

Plan, prioritize, and balance recurring reporting with strategic BI projects
Manage BI projects end‑to‑end from scoping to delivery and optimization
Conduct performance reviews and support career growth of team members
Establish consistent methodologies, standards, and documentation
Gather requirements and align priorities with IT, Sales, Finance, and Operations Cultivate cross‑regional, cross‑functional partnerships to enable collaboration
Own BI architecture and semantic layer design; collaborate with IT on platform decisions
Design and optimize data flow: ETL in Snowflake, Power BI datasets, end‑user delivery
Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX and data modeling
Manage data access controls to ensure appropriate visibility across reports
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across BI outputs
Improve reporting processes, automation, and self‑service capabilities
Coordinate VoC activities using Qualtrics across regions
Translate survey results into actionable business insights
Support AI/ML initiatives by ensuring data readiness and pipeline integration
Travel availability for international assignments
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field5+ years in data analysis, BI development, or analytics roles
Proven leadership or coordination experience
Advanced Power BI skills: data models, DAX, governance, app deployment
Solid SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses
Experience designing/managing ETL/ELT pipelines and data architecture
Experience with data governance, access control, and BI compliance
Strong project management for multiple concurrent projects
Excellent stakeholder management and communication across regions
Fluency in English
