Haier Europe What you will doAs IT Business Analyst Order to Cash (OTC) you will act as a single point of contact (SPOC) toward all the functions that have a stake in the Order to Cash related processes (sales, supply chain, finance), supporting them in defining their needs, while collaborating with all the different IT technical partners (internal/external) to deliver the most efficient digital solution to the business.

Key Responsibilities Work with the Company organizations to help them improve their processes and systems to solve existing business problems and achieve goals.

Act as the first IT point of reference for the Business Units for all processes in its area, in collaboration with other IT functions, across the entire architecture.

Own functional OTC/OTD solutioning on SAP landscape.

Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of new solutions and enhance existing ones.

Conduct monitoring analyses of the Sales processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Collect and analyze Business Requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the development teams.

Grant deliverables meet expectations in terms of functionality during the solutioning phase.

Monitor development activities, act as a facilitator in resolving blocks or problems.

Within a project, manage and lead specific tasks or streams by collecting requirements, identifying phases, and monitoring progress.

Support users in project activities and testing new functionalities and enhancements.

Interact with Order to Cash and Logistics departments from HQ and local markets.

Interact with other areas of IT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.

Interact with third parties/suppliers to verify proposed solutions, check activity planning and due dates.

Participate in major incidents analysis and solutioning.

What you need to succeed

Knowledge and experience of main sales and logistics execution process and interaction between areas.

Knowledge of credit management process and functionalities.

Knowledge of pricing schema and functionalities.

Knowledge of ATP functionalities.

Knowledge of logistics execution process.

Experience in a project to implement a vertical system in the active cycle perimeter (Sales order entry, pricing management, reporting…).Functional experience in SAP SD and LE modules.

Application experience in project management, preferably in an extended environment.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Significant professional experience (5+ years) in a similar position in multinational or consulting companies with complex IT environments.

Language Italian and English at least at an intermediate level, both written and spoken.

Nice to have Experience in integration with an external logistics provider.

Experience in integration on an EDI project.

Employment Type

Permanent contract;
Full-Time.

Compensation Minimum gross annual salary €40,000 with variable incentive scheme based on predefined performance objectives.
