Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist

Experteer Overview  In this role you will plan, execute, and optimize multi‑channel digital campaigns across Google Ads, social platforms, marketplaces, email, and organic search. You’ll manage media investments, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and align activities with business objectives and revenue growth. You will analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, and GTM, turning insights into improvements. You’ll develop GEO best practices for AI‑powered search environments, contributing to brand visibility and growth in a collaborative setting.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Linked In and marketplaces
Coordinate assets, timelines and approvals with internal teams and external agencies
Create and optimize landing pages to support campaigns, launches and lead generation
Support setup and management of tracking via GTM, GA4, and platform pixels
Manage data flows and automations (including Zapier)
Support cookie and consent management in line with GDPR
Monitor campaign performance against KPIs using GA4, Looker Studio and dashboards
Post‑campaign analyses and action‑oriented recommendations
Develop GEO best practices for AI‑powered search environments
Responsabilità   Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, business, communications, or relevant field
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience with multi‑channel campaigns and team leadership
Experience managing external agencies and media partners
Fluent English; other languages a plus
Requisiti fondamentali   Permanent contract
Salary range 35,000–40,000 EUR (RAL)
