UX​/UI Designer; Protected Category under Law

Position: UX/UI Designer (Protected Category under Law 68/99)
Location: Turbigo

TXT e-Tech  is looking for a  UX/UI Designer , with at least 1 year’s experience, to join the UX Design team, which is responsible for defining the experience of all users within the Bank’s digital ecosystem, including customers, financial advisers and internal staff.

Main Responsibilities

Analysing existing customer journeys and defining desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation;

UX design and wireframe creation;

Accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines;

Management of the corporate design system;

Collaboration with development teams;

Design quality assurance (QA);

Cross-functional collaboration with all project stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

Excellent command of Figma, including the structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems;

Proven experience in designing information architectures and complex user flows within large-scale digital ecosystems;

Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi-independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.

Optional Technical Skills

Previous experience in the banking, financial services or fintech sectors;

Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.

Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end development teams.

Education
High school diploma.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.

The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 35.000 € and EUR 40.000 € gross per year;

The grading/level will be defined during the selection process based on the candidate's profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (Metalworking Industry).
