Position: EDI Coordinator / Developer
Location: Buccinasco

Experteer Overview  In this role you drive end-to-end EDI initiatives, optimizing data exchange with customers, carriers, and partners to improve efficiency and reliability. You will liaise between business, IT, and external partners to enhance information flows and system integrations within a dynamic logistics setting. You own the EDI lifecycle from requirements and design to go live and support, ensuring data quality and performance.

This role offers the opportunity to shape integration standards and adopt new technologies in a fast paced environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful improvements aligned with the company’s logistics objectives.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Analyze business and technical requirements for EDI integrations
Design, implement, monitor, and optimize EDI connections and message flows
Lead EDI projects end to end with internal teams and external stakeholders
Serve as the primary interface for EDI topics between business, IT, and partners
Ensure stability, performance, and data quality of EDI interfaces
Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis for EDI issues
Contribute to continuous improvement of integration processes, standards, and docs
Support adoption of new technologies and integration patterns
Responsabilità   Higher professional education (HBO) level
Experience in business process support, system integration, or EDI related roles is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Proactive and process driven with ability to manage multiple topics
Good command of English and effective communication
