IT PMO Lead

Experteer Overview  In this role you drive governance and strategic alignment for the IT project portfolio, acting as the bridge between business and IT. You will guide intake, prioritization, and delivery performance to align initiatives with the group’s digital transformation goals. You’ll report transparently to leaders and ensure projects meet scope, schedules, and risk standards. You’ll contribute to continuous improvements in governance, tooling, and organizational capability.

Manage the IT Portfolio Committee (IPC) with demand intake, validation, prioritization, and decision support
Oversee project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio delivery
Provide consistent reporting on project status, risks, financials, and outcomes to business and IT leadership
Ensure smooth transition from approval to execution with baselining of scope, schedules, resources, KPIs, and reviews
Monitor delivery progress, risks, and scope alignment; elevate blockers as needed
Maintain alignment with ISMS, risk, compliance, architecture, and security standards in all docs
Serve as operational liaison between business stakeholders, DIT leadership, and delivery teams
Drive continuous improvement of intake quality, governance efficiency, and reporting transparency
Deliver training on IPC processes, governance standards, and PPM tools to improve data quality and capability
Responsabilità   Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
8+ years IT project management, PMO leadership, or technology governance experience
Proven track record managing enterprise IT portfolios and projects
Expertise in PM methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile)
Proficiency in MS Project, Clarity, ASANA or similar tools
Strong understanding of IT governance, compliance, risk management
Manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities
Familiarity with digital transformation, business process management, and emerging technologies
