DT Business Analyst Commercial – Aftersales

Location: Brugherio

Responsibilities   Collect and analyze business requirements.
Support users in formalizing requirements, addressing solutions, and designing processes from a digital transformation point of view.
Manage and lead specific tasks or streams within a project, identifying phases, monitoring progress, and providing day‑to‑day training and production support.
Support users in project activities and testing of new functionalities and enhancements.
Interact with other DT areas to deliver a range of solutions.
Interact with third‑party suppliers, validate proposed solutions, and monitor activity planning, associated costs, and due dates.
Willing to travel, domestically and internationally, in accordance with project needs.
Qualifications   Proven application experience or knowledge of main aftersales processes, preferably in the home‑appliance industry.
Basic knowledge of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes in sales and reverse logistics.
Knowledge of pricing models in B2B/B2C channels.
Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology.
Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in a similar position within multinational or consulting firms, preferably in sectors with high industrial complexity and advanced IT environments.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Soft & Technical Skills   Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize requests.
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal relationships, communication, and team collaboration skills.
Self‑starting attitude and comfort working in both small and large teams.
Flexibility to adjust priorities when business needs change.

Experience with front‑end usage/implementation such as CRM (Salesforce preferred), B2B/B2C portals, or custom applications.
Basic knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM) and integration with FI‑CO.
Strong project‑management skills and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Employment Information

Employment type:

Permanent contract, full‑time.
National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL):
Metalmeccanici Privati.
Minimum gross annual salary: €50,000.
Variable incentive scheme based on predefined performance objectives (KPIs).
Travel: domestic and international as required.
