Responsabilità

Design, develop, and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing tools to enhance system observability.

Integrate observability tools with existing infrastructure, ensuring reliable data collection and analysis.

Analyze metrics, logs, and traces to identify anomalies, performance issues, and optimization opportunities.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement effective monitoring solutions.

Analyze existing systems to identify inefficiencies or obsolescence risks.

Support technical evaluation of upgrades or replacements for obsolete components.

Contribute to improving system reliability and operational efficiency through data-driven analysis.

Qualifiche

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts (typically 5+ years overall).

Written and spoken communication skills in English and strong in Italian.

Strong technical background in systems, applications, or infrastructure monitoring.

Experience with time series databases (Prometheus, InfluxDB, OpenTSDB).

Knowledge of the Grafana ecosystem.

Familiarity with observability tools such as New Relic and Dynatrace.

Programming skills with strong focus on Python.

Ability to leverage AI and ML tools for data analysis and automation.
