By joining the Enterprise Platform Team, you will be involved in Workday HCM implementation projects. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will contribute to requirements analysis and the configuration of digital solutions supporting HR processes.

Participate in and support all key project phases, including analysis, configuration, testing, and go‑live activities on Workday HCM projects, under the guidance of senior team members.

Take part in workshops with HR and IT stakeholders, contributing to requirements gathering and the preparation of functional documentation and key project deliverables.

Interpret process requirements collected during the analysis phase and manage the related Workday configuration.

Collaborate with teams focused on more technical topics such as third‑party system integrations and Data Migration activities, understanding the main touchpoints with the corresponding functional streams.

Support SIT/UAT activities, from test case preparation to evidence collection and defect management, while also contributing to training, knowledge transfer, and hypercare activities.

Work on both national and international projects, collaborating closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, particularly within Consumer & Industrial sectors, including Retail, Food & Beverage, Consumer Products, Industrial & Manufacturing, and Automotive industries.

Le tue competenze e caratteristiche / Your skills and qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Workday HCM implementation projects in a functional role.

Knowledge of at least one module among Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Adaptive Planning, Absence/Time Tracking; one or more Workday certifications are a plus.

Experience in HR process requirements gathering, configuration, documentation creation and SIT/UAT support with defect management.

Worked with HR and IT stakeholders in structured environments and can organize activities and tracking efficiently.

Good command of the English language and a strong teamwork attitude.

Availability for business travel in Italy and abroad, depending on project needs.
