Location: Cusano
In this role, you drive AI-powered automation initiatives across the business by designing and implementing low-code and no-code solutions using Power Automate and Copilot platforms. You partner with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, govern usage, and accelerate adoption of Copilot and Power Platform capabilities. You will enable productivity gains and digital transformation through scalable automation and AI enhancements. This is a collaborative, international opportunity where your work directly supports business efficiency and innovation.

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions with Power Automate (cloud and desktop)
Build and manage Copilot solutions (M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio) for business use cases
Support development teams in adopting Git Hub Copilot and AI-assisted coding practices
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities
Define governance, security, and best practices for Copilot and Power Platform usage
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define use cases
Deliver training and enablement for end users and technical teams
Monitor performance, adoption, and cost of solutions
Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and at least one of Git Hub Copilot or Microsoft 365 Copilot
Experience designing integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and standard or custom connectors
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, including exposure to Azure OpenAI or other AI services
Understanding of business processes across functions and ability to identify automation opportunities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-have:
Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform governance, security/compliance, enterprise-scale automation or AI adoption programs
Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-900, PL-200, PL-400, AI-900, or similar) will be a plus
