Senior Solution Delivery Specialist

Location: Trecate

In this role you drive WMS solution delivery from requirements through go-live and hypercare, acting as the main liaison between software factory and operations. You lead testing phases, manage design and change requests, and ensure alignment with business needs. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to identify gaps, resolve issues via root cause analysis, and keep stakeholders informed with KPI‑based progress.

Follow up on solution implementation to ensure alignment with initial requirements and final delivery
Lead and execute internal functional testing and customer validation
Define and maintain solution design, traceability, and change requests across software factory, operations, and IT
Support operations in process discussions and understanding
Serve as primary contact between software factory and business operations to balance priorities
Deliver WMS solutions from requirements to go-live and hypercare
Identify gaps and evaluate solution proposals
Report bugs and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues
Collaborate with operations engineers and process owners to refine business specs for new functionalities and process improvements
Monitor progress and report according to identified KPIs
Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering (preferred)
3–5 years in software delivery/solution implementation
Hands‑on WMS experience;
Blue Yonder knowledge is a plus
SQL knowledge mandatory;
Jira, Confluence and Xray experience a plus
Proven ability to learn new software applications quickly
Strong problem solving and data analysis skills
Ability to summarize complex information clearly
Customer and vendor support experience
Ability to plan workloads in dynamic, multi-priority environments
Fluency in Italian and English; additional European language a plus (French preferred)
Team-oriented and collaborative; comfortable working in a matrix organization
