As part of our next phase of global growth, we are undergoing a large-scale digital transformation focused on modernizing our system landscape, building a scalable enterprise data platform, and redefining our core business processes.
We are looking for an Enterprise Information Architect to create and govern a shared enterprise information foundation, enabling consistent business definitions, scalable transformation initiatives and AI-ready information standards across the global organization.
The role partners with business and technology stakeholders to ensure information is consistent, reusable, trusted and aligned across ERP, PLM, Commerce, Analytics and AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain enterprise information models across key business domains to ensure consistent and trusted information throughout the organization
Establish common business definitions, data standards and governance principles that support enterprise-wide alignment
Develop and manage the business glossary, information architecture standards and business rule frameworks
Drive information governance by defining ownership, stewardship, quality standards and lifecycle management practices
Partner with business leaders, process owners and technology teams to align information architecture with strategic objectives
Ensure consistency of business information across ERP, PLM, Commerce, Analytics, AI and other enterprise platforms
Define and govern enterprise business rules to support standardized and scalable business operations
Promote information reuse and reduce duplication by establishing shared enterprise standards and best practices
Support digital transformation initiatives by embedding information architecture and governance into solution design and implementation
Enable data-driven decision-making, analytics, automation and AI readiness through a strong enterprise information foundation
Facilitate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and drive adoption of enterprise information standards across the organization
Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership on information architecture, governance and transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Information Architecture, Business Architecture, Master Data Management, Information Governance, Data Strategy or related areas
Experience defining enterprise information models, business definitions, governance standards and business rules across multiple domains
Background in ERP, PLM, Commerce, Analytics, AI or large-scale digital transformation programs
Strong knowledge of information governance, metadata management, business glossary development, canonical data modeling and enterprise architecture frameworks
Ability to translate business concepts, processes and requirements into clear information models, governance standards and practical implementation guidelines
Familiarity with TOGAF, Archi Mate, BPMN, data governance platforms and modern data environments such as Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake or Databricks
Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication and influencing skills across both business and technology teams
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term enterprise architecture vision with pragmatic business needs and adoption.
