Mission  The Digital Services Specialist supports the definition, development and promotion of digital services for Customer Support & Training, working closely with business functions, engineering and software teams. The role focuses on understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for digitalization and proposing innovative, sustainable solutions that improve internal processes, create value for Customers and support business objectives, considering costs, benefits and expected return.
Main Responsibilities   Analyze Customer Support & Training business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization.
Define and propose innovative digital solutions based on business needs.
Support the evolution of the Digital Services portfolio.
Contribute to the definition of new services and business opportunities.
Evaluate the feasibility, costs and expected benefits of digital initiatives.
Support budget estimation and business case preparation for new projects and services.
Coordinate with internal functions, software teams and external suppliers during project execution.
Support customer meetings, demonstrations and executive presentations.
Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes and innovation activities.
Work with international teams and customers.
Required Skills   Business
Good knowledge of Customer Support & Training business.
Understanding of company processes and cross-functional organizations.
Basic knowledge of business economics, budgeting and project financials.
Ability to evaluate costs, benefits and business value of digital solutions.

Experience working in an international environment.
Technical
General knowledge of software development lifecycle.
Data analysis and Business Intelligence.
SQL and database fundamentals.
API and system integration concepts.
Basic knowledge of Cloud platforms and Artificial Intelligence solutions.

Preferred Experience   Experience in Digital Services, Digital Transformation or software-related projects.
Experience in customer-facing activities and international environments.
Knowledge of AI, data analytics, predictive maintenance or connected services is considered an advantage.
