For the Order To Delivery Department – Italy Market of Haier Europe HQ based in Vimercate (MB), we are looking for an  Order to Delivery Intern  who will support the team in the following activities :

• Customer management end to end

• the entire order flow, from order entry to delivery

• Sales condition entry & update

• Customer master data maintenance

• Logistic activities such as Direct Deliveries and Booking slot Management

• Claim management and related credit/debit note flow

• Flow Analysis and Projects management

What you need to succeed
Fluent Italian, good knowledge of English
Excellent knowledge of Office (Excel, Power Point)

We offer an initial 6-months internship
800 euro, company computer, meal tickets, smart working, company shuttle
