HEAD OF DIGITAL
Studio Volpi is looking for a Head of Digital  with solid experience in managing and delivering digital projects for Italian and international clients.
For over thirty years, Studio Volpi has worked with industrial companies, bringing together  design, engineering, branding and innovation .
Digital is an integral part of this ecosystem: not a standalone discipline, but a capability that connects with product, brand, communication and technology.
We are looking for someone who can  take ownership of a project, understand its objectives, shape the right approach and drive it through to delivery , bringing together people, expertise and external partners.

THE ROLE  As Head of Digital, you will be responsible for managing digital projects  from the initial client request through to final delivery .
Your responsibilities will include:
understanding and interpreting client needs, objectives and priorities
translating requirements into  clear activities, timelines and budgets
building and coordinating internal and external project teams
managing specialists, partners and suppliers
overseeing progress, quality, timelines and costs
managing multiple projects and clients, both in Italy and internationally
anticipating issues and finding practical solutions
contributing to proposals, pitches and new business opportunities
helping foster an integrated approach across digital, design, engineering and communication
THE PROJECT  The digital scope at Studio Volpi is broad and multidisciplinary. It includes:
websites and digital platforms
configurators and web applications
UX/UI and product interfaces
digital marketing, social campaigns and analytics
digital content creation
video, motion and multimedia productions
digital experiences connected to physical products and systems
We are not necessarily looking for someone who can  do everything themselves .
We are looking for someone who can  understand different areas of expertise, identify what is needed, bring in the right people and coordinate the work through to the final result .
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR  You have:
8–10+ years of experience in the Digital field
Proven experience in a management role , leading teams and projects
proven experience managing digital projects within an  agency, design studio, consultancy or similar environment
strong client management skills and the ability to work independently
a solid understanding of digital and the ability to communicate effectively with  designers, developers, marketers, content specialists and external partners
the ability to turn objectives and requirements into clear, actionable project plans
experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality
professional fluency in English , both written and spoken
NICE TO HAVE   experience working in  multidisciplinary environments
knowledge of UX/UI, web development and/or digital marketing
experience with  connected physical products, IoT or embedded interfaces
familiarity with digital and multimedia content production
structured use of  AI tools and solutions  within professional workflows
THE PERSON WERE LOOKING FOR  A  hands-on, independent and curious professional  who can move comfortably between strategy and execution.
Someone who can talk to clients, understand technology, work with creative teams and, above all,  bring people, projects and objectives together .
Someone who doesn’t simply coordinate activities, but takes  ownership of the final outcome .
