Technical Service Field Professional

Location: Ficarazzelli-Bagni Italia

The goal of the team is to give instant and adequate assistance to customers, distributors and Brady personnel regarding technical issues. The team is also responsible for after sales support and repair on the Brady hardware and software systems keeping customer satisfaction in mind.
The field technical service professional is responsible for repairing, servicing and installing Brady equipment at the customers. The goal is to work as efficiently as possible by optimizing the field days by being with the customer.

Responsibilities
You are responsible for all onsite technical support activities such as repairs, service,installations, training, problem-solving, …
When you are in the office, you assist the solutions or repair team with their day-to-day activities
You ensure the follow-up towards the customers. In case of a conflict or disagreement,you need to involve the sales representative to ensure customer satisfaction
You organize/plan the field interventions efficiently together with the dispatcher
You work with the administrative tools and procedures that are in place
You contact our suppliers concerning technical issues or product improvements to grant solutions towards our customers
During contact with the customer, you easily see opportunities for sales or service leads
Related to the Quality & Environment Management System :
Understand and implement the Q&E Objectives and Policy in the day to day work andthe requirements of the Q&E Management System applicable in the job

Required skills and competences :
You have an educational background in relation with the job
You are fluent (written and spoken) in Italian and good in English (French and Spanish is a plus)
You are listening and thirsty to learn
You show a personal interest in technology (Arduino, 3D printing,…) and experience with THT printing systems is an advantage
You know how to deal with changing situations and difficulties by quickly finding appropriate solutions
You have a sense of priority and you organize your work time effectively and efficiently
You appreciate team work and demonstrate cooperation
You have commercial flair and a huge interest in establishing strong customer relations

Where ?
You are based in   Italy in Bologna   (but operating all over the country) and report to the Regional Field Lead. The main office is located in Milano. xpavfwm You will have to travel 3 to 4 days a week in Italy.
