Position - Legal Counsel We are looking for a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel, willing to work in an adaptive and multinational environment, to join our legal team and reporting to the Group Legal Manager. The company will also consider candidates who live in a city where one of the DAB group's branches is located.

What You Will DoProvide legal advice and guidance on various issues, including contracts, privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance;

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;

Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations;

Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the Company's interests;

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;

Provide training and support to the organization on legal matters;

Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.

Who You Are Master's degree in lawA minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in an international corporate environment;

Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law and regulatory compliance;

Proficiency in English and Italian;

Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills;

Ability to work independently and as part of a team;

Willing to travel;

High ethical standards and professional integrity.
