Trainee CL Operations

Location: Mantova

Overview The selected candidate will work closely with the Operations Manager and various departments involved in day-to-day operations, including order management and the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs). The goal of the internship is to provide hands-on training, gradually increase autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities Support daily operations, monitoring orders’ progress

Analyze data and KPIs to improve operations’ performance

Investigate and follow up on customer queries and complaints

Work closely with the warehouse team and other internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Management/Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Advanced skills in Excel and MS Office tools

Organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset

Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn

Ability to work both in a team and independently, with flexibility and initiative

Experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Production Environment will be considered a plus Fluent in Italian, advanced in English
