We are looking for a Supply Chain Engineering Manager to design, optimize, and transform the end‑to‑end supply chain with a focus on logistics network design, operational processes, and planning systems.
Responsibilities
Logistics Footprint Design and Optimization:

Lead logistics network redesign projects (manufacturing plants, distribution hubs, regional warehouses)
Analyze make‑or‑buy decisions, centralization vs. decentralization, and nearshoring strategies
Evaluate alternative scenarios through simulation models (costs, service level, lead time)
Support strategic decisions regarding production capacity and geographical allocation

End‑to‑End Supply Chain Optimization:

Map and redesign E2E processes (from suppliers to end customers)
Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks across the entire value chain
Improve material, information, and planning flows
Promote Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs

Planning Systems Evolution:

Define and implement advanced planning models (Demand, Supply, Inventory)
Lead projects for the implementation or optimization of APS systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or equivalent)
Integrate S&OP/IBP processes with execution (MPS, MRP, DRP)
Ensure data quality and planning parameter governance

Advanced Analytics and Modeling:

Develop quantitative models for inventory optimization, network design, what‑if simulations
Use data analytics tools to support strategic decision‑making
Collaborate with IT and Data teams on digital and predictive solutions

Project Management and Transformation:

Lead global or multi‑site supply chain transformation programs
Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Operations, Procurement, IT, Finance, Sales)
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and expected benefits

Governance and KPIs:

Define and monitor key supply chain KPIs:
Cost‑to‑serve, End‑to‑end lead time, Inventory (DOH, turns), Service level (OTIF)
Measure benefits generated by implemented projects
Support top management in strategic decision‑making

Qualifications

Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. Master’s degree/MBA or certifications (APICS, Lean Six Sigma) are considered a plus.
At least 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering, Network Design, Continuous Improvement / Operations Consulting.
Experience in complex manufacturing environments, preferably in professional equipment (), electromechanical industry, vending machines / automated dispensing systems.
Experience in network optimization and simulation tools (e.g., Llamasoft, Any Logistix, or similar).
Advanced knowledge of end‑to‑end supply chain processes.

Experience with ERP and APS systems (SAP, IBP, APO, or equivalent).
Strong analytical skills (advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools).
Strategic thinking and results orientation.
Leadership and ability to manage complex projects.

Nice to have

Familiarity with global multi‑tier supply chains
Knowledge of complex electromechanical products (professional coffee machines, vending machines)

Experience with spare parts and service supply chains
Understanding of  and OCS (Office Coffee Service) market dynamics
