About the Role
Global Inventory Specialist is a key supply‑chain role requiring a high level of expertise in inventory management and supply‑chain processes. The position is responsible for optimizing diesel inventory globally to achieve annual Inventory Turns targets and improve working‑capital performance through a structured and data‑driven approach.
Key Activities
Perform site‑by‑site inventory mapping, analysis, and optimization strategies.
Develop inventory projections and support demand and COGS estimation.
Review and optimize SAP parameters (Safety Stock, MOQ, Lead Time).
Identify and improve supplier‑related processes and inventory models.
Drive the reduction of Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory.
Optimize finished goods and overall inventory portfolio.
Develop value‑added reporting for in‑depth inventory analysis.
Oversee end‑to‑end processes impacting inventory and global working capital.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize inventory across global sites (analysis, forecasting, mapping).
Set and manage SAP parameters (SS, MOQ, Lead Time).
Implement stock reduction initiatives (Kanban, VMI, Consignment, JIT).
Reduce Excess & Obsolete and improve finished goods portfolio.
Analyze inventory flows and drive process improvements.
Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI, Kinaxis).
Lead cross‑functional and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Supply Chain / Inventory roles.
Strong SAP and BI tools experience.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
Fluent English (minimum B2).

Compensation: €40 000–€60 000 per annum.
The Compensation Range indicated in this job posting represents an estimated average range for the position. The final remuneration will be determined based on the selected candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, in accordance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity requirements.
