Warehouse Manager

For our locations in Cardano al Campo, we are currently looking for a  Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations for raw materials, packaging, consumables, and finished goods within a high-volume food production environment.

Ensure inventory availability and timely replenishment to support production plans, flight schedules, and operational requirements.

Oversee stock control activities, including inventory accuracy, cycle counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.

Guarantee compliance with HACCP, food safety, quality, traceability, and aviation security requirements.

Ensure correct storage conditions and stock rotation through FIFO/FEFO methodologies, minimizing waste and obsolescence.

Coordinate with Production Planning and Operations teams to respond effectively to demand fluctuations and urgent requests.

Monitor product shelf-life, consumption trends, and inventory performance to optimize stock levels and working capital.

Maintain accurate documentation and support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, service levels, and operational compliance.

Manage and develop warehouse teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

At least 10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain management roles, including substantial experience leading operational teams.

Proven experience managing complex warehouses characterized by a high number of SKUs, significant inventory volumes, and fast-paced material flows within manufacturing, logistics, industrial, food, automotive, plastics, or similar environments.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, ERP/WMS systems, warehouse optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
