Join our service delivery team as a Specialist Senior Service Representative, where your technical expertise will directly impact customer success. This role blends hands-on problem-solving with strategic consulting—you'll lead complex maintenance projects, troubleshoot multi-component systems, and help customers achieve optimal performance.
What will you do?
Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using root cause analysis and collaboration with engineering experts
Oversee installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety
Deliver technical consulting to customers and internal teams to uncover needs and support business development
Guide field service engineers and coordinate across teams to provide seamless, high-quality service solutions
