You will lead and support the Musketeers of  Molise, Campania, Basilicata and Puglia , driving Red Bull’s On Premise excellence across the entire territory.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the Ho Re Ca  sector, with deep knowledge of its dynamics, key players, and business drivers

Be a natural leader with exceptional communication skills and the ability to inspire, empower, and influence at every level

Proven experience in team management, coaching, and developing talent

Strong commercial acumen with the capacity to navigate complex markets, customer relationships, and strategic decisions

Ability to build authentic, long-term partnerships with high-level customers and industry stakeholders

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, diverse, and dynamic environments
