The company is looking for a Head of PMO based in Piacenza, reporting directly to the CFO of the Italy platform, whose main activities will include:

Team management: both Getec personnel (2 FTE) and external PMO consultants (4 FTE)
Local Road Map Definition And Management
SAP implementation: project manager for SAP implementation of all Italian legal entities
Alignment with Group functions such as PMO, IT and Post Merger Integration

Responsibilities

Collect dept/team needs/requests
Ensure that projects are aligned to short and long-term goals of the business and are properly prioritized
Manage the dependencies between projects and between projects and day to day activities
Manage the projects during all project phases starting from the kick-off to the monitoring/closing phase. Including project documents and meetings scheduling
Monthly reporting
Define, implement and maintain an efficient project governance framework

Hard Skills

University degree in Economics & Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
+10 years of working experience, of which +5 years as a Project/Program manager
Preferred at least 5 years of working experience in consulting firms in project manager roles

Soft Skills

Strong analytical skills to assess situations and identify effective solutions
Project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver tasks on time
Leadership skills to guide, motivate, and support team members
Clear and effective communication to interact with colleagues and stakeholders
Organizational skills to manage priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
Problem-solving skills to handle challenges with practical and creative approaches

Location:

Gragnano Trebbiense (Piacenza) with commuting to other Group offices, in particular Assago and Alessandria
