Manage and coordinate operations interfaces between multiple work packages / Contractors, Drilling and Reservoir engineering to ensure compliance with schedule, consistent design basis and data set and overall design integrity

Ensure cost effective operational integration between different packages / Contractors and between surface and subsurface activities

Ensure operational integrity of the interfaces

Effective interface management and control including their relevant activities, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes, if any Assure technical cooperation in the team and with Contractors in order to minimize operational, technical and economic risks.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate operations interfaces between multiple work packages / Contractors, Drilling and Reservoir engineering to ensure compliance with schedule, consistent design basis and data set and overall design integrity

Ensure cost effective operational integration between different packages / Contractors and between surface and subsurface activities

Ensure operational integrity of the interfaces

Effective interface management and control including their relevant activities, facilitating the traceability of agreements and changes, if any Assure technical cooperation in the team and with Contractors in order to minimize operational, technical and economic risks.

Key Activities Liaising with all technical managers in order to assure alignment and consistency of design for operations.

Issue regularly the operations status report (including progress status and identification of concerns)
Organize and managing regular operations meetings with contractors in order to reduce technical and economic risks, negotiating the best solution.

Qualifications Bachelor Degree from an accredited university

Work experience of eight (8) years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree

Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports
