As a Director LCS, you will be the driving force behind LCS business operations in Italy, ensuring alignment with regional targets, local regulations, and market dynamics.

Beyond overseeing operations, you actively promote and sell our cutting-edge solutions, applications, and service offerings, while building and empowering a high-performing team to propel our business forward.

Your tasks

As Country Director, you lead and conduct the LCS business activities in the local country in accordance with the given targets by the regional management, the local laws, and the market.

Strategic Leadership – Define business strategy with the Regional Director and develop short- to long-term plans.

Team Management – Lead service teams and back-office LCS, fostering growth and performance.

Sales & Marketing – Set sales targets, implement strategies, and collaborate on marketing plans.

Customer Engagement – Manage key accounts, participate in high-level negotiations, and ensure satisfaction.

Market Intelligence – Track industry trends, competition, and emerging opportunities.

Sales Enablement – Train the team on new products, develop marketing tools, and optimize CRM usage.

Performance Optimization – Analyze sales figures, margins, and consistently optimize processes.

Operational Excellence – Validate logistics/software solutions, oversee quotations, and ensure compliance.

Culture & Growth – Foster a motivated, high-performing team while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Your profile

Master’s Degree in Business or Equivalent – Proven expertise in advanced business principles and strategic decision-making.

Sales Experience in Global, Matrix Organizations – Demonstrated success in driving sales and navigating complex global structures.

Group Management Expertise – Extensive experience in leading teams to achieve organizational goals and foster collaboration.

Strong Interpersonal Skills – Skilled at motivating and supporting colleagues to cultivate a high-performance and positive work environment.

Global Functional/Matrix Organization Experience – Well-versed in working within diverse, cross-functional teams across multiple  Knowledge of Health and Safety (H&S) – Comprehensive understanding of H&S regulations and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
