In this Sr. Manager role, you will lead end-to-end component delivery governance in a nuclear-qualified manufacturing setting. You will safeguard safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while aligning production, fabrication, and logistics with delivery readiness. Based in Monfalcone (GO), you will partner with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and resolve risks, delivering reliable component readiness for owners and regulators. This position offers strategic impact on delivery performance and safety culture.

Promote nuclear safety and quality culture across all component delivery activities
Own end-to-end delivery governance, ensuring alignment between production, special processes, quality release, and documentation readiness
Manage delivery planning, commitments, and execution with realistic readiness assessments and risk mitigation
Ensure component readiness and configuration integrity with full traceability and proper documentation
Interface with internal/external customers, Quality, and regulatory authorities on delivery status and readiness
Lead and develop the delivery management organization with consistent rules and cross-functional collaboration
Drive continuous improvement in delivery performance by addressing systemic causes and implementing structural improvements
Manage delivery risk and escalation with a proactive risk register and recovery plans
Bachelor's in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration or related discipline (preferred)
Minimum 10 years in project/program/delivery/manufacturing/contract management; at least 5 years leading managers or multi-project teams
Experience in nuclear or highly regulated industries preferred
PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent qualifications preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of nuclear safety and quality leadership, project/portfolio management, scheduling and risk management
Excellent stakeholder management and decision-making skills
English professional working proficiency;
Italian as needed for location
