How will you contribute

Designing and implementing projects with the aim of reducing lead time and, in general, improving production KPIsDriving and supporting the process of continuous improvement of the area Analysis of times & methods

Analysing and optimizing current technical processes

Implementing projects of process automation

Promote a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of organization

Who you are2 / 3 years of professional experience gained in a similar role within structured companies;knowledge of the Lean methodology applied to manufacturing environments;

Master’s degree in technical field, preferably in Engineering;

Positive and proactive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills;

Teamwork and good communicational skills;

Training and coaching skills;

Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office and of business management systems;

Fluent in Italian and English;

Lean certification is a plus.
