Production Manager

Location: Rovereto

Experteer Overview  As Production Manager, you will oversee a highly complex manufacturing department to ensure top-quality outputs and efficient operations. You’ll monitor OEE and quality KPIs, program production while addressing deviations, and enforce safety and environmental procedures. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to manage budgets, costs, and surface treatment activities, driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced eyewear manufacturing environment.

This role offers impact through shaping production excellence and safety culture within a global leader in vision. You will lead with accountability, adaptability and a hands‑on approach to problem solving.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Manage efficiency and OEE KPIs
Production programming and deviation management with corrective actions
Oversee quality KPIs and ensure part quality
Apply delegation mechanisms and leadership within the shop
Analyze indicators related to auxiliary materials costs (maintenance, indirect materials, scrap)
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods
Contribute to the surface treatment area budget
Follow procedures and references for environmental emergencies
Know operative modalities for safety interventions with high risk potential
Responsabilità   Master Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering or Industrial Engineering
5-7 years in complex manufacturing environments as Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operation Manager, Unit Manager or similar
Knowledge of main mechanical and chemical processes
Project Management and Lean Production
Knowledge of productive and non‑productive KPIs of a business unit
IT & numerical skills
Fluent in English

Ability to multitask
Strong People Management skills
Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
Responsible and motivated
