Production Supervisor

Location: Bosconero

Overview  In this role you will oversee the production area to meet the plan while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency targets. You’ll lead a team of Shift Leaders and coordinate with cross‑functional functions to ensure smooth production continuity. The position focuses on continuous improvement, process optimization, and strong quality culture within a global manufacturing environment. This is a chance to influence key metrics, drive Kaizen initiatives, and contribute to a mission of energy‑efficient solutions.

Set area objectives aligned with Plant and Corporate goals; monitor key KPIs
Uphold safe working conditions by enforcing HSE regulations
Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, HR, EHS, and CI to resolve issues and support new product launches
Lead CI initiatives using Lean and LSS, including Kaizen, RIEs, and structured improvements
Foster teamwork and employee engagement to achieve plant objectives
Ensure product quality and lead problem solving with the Quality team
Define actions to reduce WIP, improve flow, and cut operational costs
Evaluate Production Facilitator performance and maintain timely communication with Management
Partner with HR on selection, development, and disciplinary matters
Implement Customer‑Specific Requirements and support audits
Promote skills development, training, workforce flexibility, and onboarding
Responsibilities   Higher education at Bachelor or Engineer level
Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments
Experience managing production teams across multiple shifts
Knowledge of process quality tools (SPC, PFMEA, MSA, APQP, PPAP)
HSE principles and MoC, including Workstation Risk Assessment
Change management familiarity (ADKAR) is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MES/ERP systems
Fluent in Italian; good English skills
