Production Manager

Experteer Overview As Production Manager in Piove di Sacco, you will lead production and pre-assembly lines to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will drive continuous improvement and implement lean directives to maximize output and people effectiveness. You will coordinate with the plant and support functions to meet volumes and KPI targets.

Responsibilities Manage production and pre-assembly lines, ensuring effective people and process management

Optimize production processes by implementing lean directives and fostering continuous improvement

Monitor KPIs and report on performance; participate in higher-level meetings with internal stakeholders

Define production budget and hiring curves aligned with volume trends

Oversee training, skill levels, contracts, and union information for production personnel

Maintain safe working conditions and orderly workplace organization

Qualifications

Bachelor in Engineering or similar

Knowledge/certification in lean production and philosophies5+ years in a similar role within complex organizations/industries (HVAC, automotive or appliances preferred)
Fluent in English Knowledge and application of safety, quality and operative procedures

Strong teamwork, communication and leadership skills
