As aPlant Quality Specialist you will be part of the Manufacturing based in Porcia, Friuli-Venezia Giulia for a permanent contract.
Reporting to the Plant Quality Manager, the Quality Specialist supports activities related to process and product quality, contributing to the compliance of production outputs and the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support process quality monitoring and statistical process control (SPC)
Contribute to the analysis of non-conformities and implementation of corrective actions
Support product quality verification and customer/supplier claim management
Participate in problem‑solving activities (8D, QRQC)
Support quality system activities, audits, and documentation (ISO 9001)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
Support measurement tools management and calibration activities
Profile
Degree in Engineering or technical diploma
0–3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality (internships included)
Basic knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, 8D, Control Plan)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
Analytical mindset and problem‑solving attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
