Reporting to:
Planning & Fulfillment Manager
Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to generate a detailed production schedule based on the production plan to maximize the use of resources and meet established production specifications and schedules. Each day, you will feed information on production capacity issues and material availability. You will also showcase your expertise by releasing manufacturing work orders. The work model for the role is onsite.
This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions Division. You will be mainly accountable for:
Creating and maintaining a detailed production schedule from the production plan.
Executing daily, plant-level Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) to create and manage production requirements to meet the production delivery schedules.
Establishing sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipment dates per the master schedule/plan.
Monitoring schedule adherence, identifying key root causes for deviation, and taking follow-up improvement action.
Qualifications For
The Role
Education:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
Technical
Skills:
proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of SAP is significant plus.
Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Languages:
Ability to communicate fluently in both Italian and English.
Soft Skills:
A proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
