Responsibilities
Support production and documentation for biologic drugs, including SOPs and work instructions in line with current GMP practices.
Issue and implement change control, monitor the status of activities, and promote action implementation.
Basic project management support.
Support projects at all stages: design, change control, risk assessment, qualification document review, and production master documents.
Documentation and review of SOPs.
Promote improvements and effectiveness of actions.
Problem solving.
Interact with internal stakeholders (quality, validation, production, etc.).
Interact with local and global PMIs to ensure high performance and adherence to technical, quality, regulatory and global process requirements.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, CTF or equivalent.
Fluent English.
Minimum 12 months of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in manufacturing/quality roles with knowledge of sterile processes, cleaning validation, continuous improvement.
Soft skills:
problem solving, team building, process mapping, decision making; ability to plan, coordinate, collaborate cross‑functionally; highly organized and detail oriented; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work independently respecting deadlines and adapting to the work environment.
