Funzione:
Al Candidato è affidata la gestione dell’area produttiva ed in particolare:
il processo produttivo, i rendimenti degli impianti, la conformità delle produzioni agli standard
la struttura organizzativa (capi squadra, addetti)
si richiede:
esperienza nel ruolo almeno decennale
capacità di coordinamento maestranze
capacità ed esperienza nella gestione delle problematiche produttive
