Si richiede:
- Esperienza su tornio verticale o autoapprendimento
- Capacità di lettura del disegno meccanico
- Buona padronanza e formazione sulla programmazione a bordo macchina
- Capacità di attrezzaggio macchina
- Utilizzo di carroponte
- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti di misura
