Responsibilities The Supervisor is responsible for the achievement of daily production program ensuring the respects of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment standards.
Lead your team to meet daily production targets in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, and Environmental goals.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies, conduct risk assessments, and support audit activities.
Manage team presence, resource allocation, training, and overall workforce engagement.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment and support skill development for Team Leaders and Team Members.
Ensure adherence to standardized work, manage defects, and drive corrective actions.
Monitor performance indicators, analyze losses, and implement continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., OPE, JIT).
Oversee machinery performance and support Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance activities.
Coordinate product and process changes, ensuring proper documentation and operator training.
Lead or contribute to problem‑solving initiatives and support Stellantis Production System (SIS) methodologies.

Qualifications Knowledge of foundry process, and in particular gravity die casting, will be considered a preferred qualification.
Degree in Engineering.
Previous experience as production supervisor in complex industrial context (6-10 years).
Previous experience as a supervisor in foundry plants will be considered a preferred qualification.
English knowledge (minimum B2 level).
Knowledge of excel, power point.
A proactive and motivated leader with strong problem‑solving skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to coach and engage teams.
Committed to continuous improvement.
Comfortable working in fast‑paced and complex industrial environments.
