Production Manager

Location: Alba

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of  safety, quality, and operational performance . This role is responsible for achieving production targets, fostering a strong safety culture, maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance, optimizing costs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
Promote a strong safety culture across the plant by leading by example, driving safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and encouraging employee engagement in health and safety practices.
Ensure agreed production plans are executed within the defined timelines, optimizing costs and guaranteeing product quality.
Manage and control key production factors (including safety and quality), ensuring the stability and efficiency of the production process.
Participate in daily production meetings (SIM
3) and weekly production meetings (SIM
4).
Lead, coordinate, and monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the production area.
Develop and manage the Production Master Plan, including Capex investments, KPI tracking, and operational objectives.
Implement projects focused on operational excellence and continuous improvement (including 5S, Kobetsu Kaizen, and SMED methodologies)
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
5 years experience in a Production Manager role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving operational excellence.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools, including 5S, Kaizen, and SMED.
Advanced English communication skills.
