Within the Operations area, we are seeking a Manufacturing Manager for our plant in Frosinone.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Managing activities performed on purchased/in-process products to convert them from a raw or semi-finished state into a completed state (with particular focus on mechanical components/products);
Monitoring production execution and work progress;
Evaluating materials and hours spent, and managing off-load execution;
Supporting the definition of the budget and production plan;
Managing the processing, issuance, and control of production orders according to manufacturing cycles and in line with the product realization schedule;
Ensuring that all processes are carried out in compliance with cost, timing, and expected quality targets, while also implementing corrective actions aimed at achieving objectives;
Performing autonomous maintenance and supporting the definition of corrective actions when production process performance is not aligned with expected standards;
Verifying that the final result complies with the required specifications and integrations, and that operations meet the expected functional and technical characteristics, defining corrective actions when requirements are not met;
Ensuring that operational planning complies with health and safety protocol requirements;
Providing technical support throughout all production activities within their scope, promoting operational feedback from the workshop to improve production and industrialization processes. In this context, identifying and developing new production technologies to improve product industrialization;
Motivating team members to directly or indirectly promote performance improvement;
Coordinating Department Managers in the management of human resources operating in the production area, particularly regarding aspects related to achieving expected company performance;
Promoting development and training initiatives to enhance employees’ skills;
Contributing to compliance with company regulations and procedures by adopting effective conflict management behaviors;
Engaging personnel, providing information, and properly managing feedback.
Requirements Degree in Engineering (Bachelor or Master);
Good knowledge of the English language (B2/C1);
Interest in the technical sector (Aeronautical/Mechanical);
Ability to take on responsibilities;
Resilience and problem-solving attitude;
Leadership skills and ability to manage work teams;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Proactive mindset and initiative;
Willingness to travel.
