Who are we looking for?
This position will be responsible for conducting chemical and physical laboratory tests of solid or liquid materials, analyzing test data by performing specific duties for our site in San Martino di Trecate (NO) – Italy.

What will you be doing?

Inspection and technical and chemical analysis of finished goods to ensure they are within specifications.

Inspection and technical and chemical analysis of raw materials to ensure they are within specifications.

Report non‑compliance of materials (finished goods and raw materials) to management.

Set up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for testing and analysis following either standardized or experimental formulas and procedures.

Calibrate lab equipment and prepare and standardize lab reagents (titrants, indicators, buffers, or standards) according to standardized procedures.

Record all analytical results using the appropriate software.

Keep and archive retained samples for future verifications.

Follow good laboratory practices and methods and MPS quality practices and procedures.

Check for unsafe conditions during shift, and correct or report them to the supervisor.

Maintain a high standard of housekeeping as part of normal operations.

Who are You?

High school leaving qualification in technical school or a technical degree.

Experience and/or training in a laboratory is highly appreciated.

What competencies will you need?

Strong team‑building skills and proven ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

Knowledge of the basic Office package.

Appetite for delivering continuous improvement.
