Production Manager

Location: Settimo Torinese

Experteer Overview  In this role you will support the area manager to drive production targets and continuous improvement initiatives. You will help optimize processes, monitor KPIs, and coordinate with cross‑functional plant teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. You will contribute to Industry 4.0 initiatives and sustainability goals while developing people and leading by example. This is a hands‑on role in a highly digitalized manufacturing environment with room for professional growth.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Support the area manager to achieve production targets
Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes
Monitor department KPIs and propose improvement actions
Collaborate with Minifactory Manager, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to implement projects
Support activities aimed at PME (Continuous Improvement) targets
Oversee people management aspects (absenteeism, safety, meritocracy, evaluation)
HSE: supervise safety rules and implement corrective actions
Responsabilità   Engineering Master’s degree
3–5 years of relevant experience
Good knowledge of English
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing processes and methods
Communication and Leadership
Requisiti fondamentali   Gomma Plastica national collective bargaining agreement
Base salary minimum 55.000 EUR
