Maw Filiale di Mirano cerca un Addetto/a alla Panificazione per guidare le fasi di impasto, fermentazione e cottura nel laboratorio di produzione biologica.
Il candidato ideale possiede esperienza nella panificazione artigianale con pasta madre, familiarity con farine biologiche e forno a legna, e una forte attenzione all’igiene secondo HACCP. Orario 35 ore settimanali, lavoro in sede a Mira (VE).
