Pasticceria Serlini, laboratorio artigianale con sede a Rodengo-Saiano (BS), cerca un/una Pasticcere per lavoro full-time in sede. Si occuperà della preparazione quotidiana di prodotti da forno e pasticceria, impasti, creme, farciture e decorazioni, gestione del forno e controllo qualità.
In collaborazione con il team, pianificherà la produzione in base agli ordini, contribuirà a nuove ricette e ottimizzazione dei processi, nel pieno rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie.
