Adecco, in zona Calvisano (BS), cerca un Capo Reparto per un'importante azienda metalmeccanica strutturata. La risorsa risponde alla Direzione di Produzione e gestisce operativamente un team di circa 30 operatori nel reparto montaggio.
Il ruolo prevede coordinamento delle attività quotidiane, pianificazione e monitoraggio della produzione, verifica dell'uso di macchinari, garanzia di standard qualitativi, monitoraggio di produttività ed efficienza, oltre al supporto alla formazione e crescita
